Booking & Deposits

    •    All sessions require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

    •    Deposit amounts:

    Portrait sessions: 50% of total Package

    Events: 50% of total Package

    Weddings: 25% of the total package

    •    Dates are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

    •    Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the session unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

    •    One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    •    Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and a rebooking fee.

Turnaround Time

    •    Standard delivery time:

    •    Portraits: 7–10 business days

    •    Events/Weddings: 2–4 weeks

    •    Rush edits available for an additional fee (based on workload)

    •    Clients will receive an online gallery or delivery link for downloads.

Payment Methods

    •    Accepted: Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, Cash, or Credit/Debit cards (via invoice).

    •    Full payment is required before final delivery of any images or videos.

Client Responsibility

    •    Arrive on time and be photo-ready (hair, makeup, outfits).

    •    Additional time due to lateness will be deducted from your session time or may incur a fee.

    •    Any changes to the shoot (location, people involved, etc.) must be communicated in advance.

Image Rights & Usage

    •    RBK Lens retains copyright to all images unless agreed otherwise.

    •    Clients receive personal usage rights for social media, prints, and personal sharing.

    •    Commercial use or resale must be licensed separately.

•    Use of photos without logo, without prior agreement, will be subject to Cease and Desist.

Edits & Revisions

    •    Basic editing is included (lighting, color correction, cropping).

    •    Retouching (skin, hair, object removal) available upon request — first 5 retouches are free, extras at $10/image.

    •    Unedited RAW files are not released.

Travel & Location Fees

    •    Travel within 20 miles of Orlando is free.

    •    Locations beyond 20 miles may incur a mileage/travel fee.

    •    Permit or location fees are the client’s responsibility unless arranged by RBK Lens.

Weather & Outdoor Shoots

    •    For outdoor sessions, weather-related rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost.

    •    Final decision on weather cancellations is made by the photographer for safety and quality assurance.

Behind-the-Scenes Content

    •    RBK Lens may use behind-the-scenes footage and final images for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
